TERMOGRAFIE

Inspectiile termografice pot fi efectuate pe imobile rezidentiale sau comerciale, in constructii noi sau in cladiri existente.

Aplicabilitate:

  • Inspectia post-constructie a lucrarilor de constructii (termoizolare, montaj ferestre etc);

  • Determinarea zonelor cu posibil risc de aparitie a umiditatii si mucegaiului;

  • Localizarea puntilor termice si a scurgerilor necontrolate de aer;

  • Evaluarea termica a cladirii inainte de achizitie sau in scopuri de audit energetic;

  • Detectarea traseelor instalatiilor termice si sanitare;

  • Verificarea instalatiei de incalzire in pardoseala, detectarea scurgerilor si blocajelor acesteia;

  • Localizarea zonelor cu umiditate ridicata la acoperisuri plate de mari dimensiuni;

  • Identificarea infiltratiilor de apa la acoperisuri plate de mari dimensiuni;

Rezultatele inspectiei termografice sunt rezumate intr-un raport care ofera o examinare detaliata a oricaror probleme descoperite, impreuna cu imaginile termice luate ca dovezi.

Prin implementarea concluziilor sondajelor noastre, veti face economii la facturile viitoare de energie si veti creste durata de viata a constructiei.
